On the cover of Vibe Magazine’s April/May 2012 issue, Alicia Keys pompadour hairstyle is keeping the retro look alive. Alicia Keys usually keeps her hair semi-classy with a sexy edge. When I look at the style, it reminds me of the Victory Roll Rockabilly style of the 1940s and 1950s. The leather jacket she is wearing definitely adds to the vintage flare.
I would like to see her wear some of her classic braids or cornrows hairstyles, maybe in an updo do or half updo. However, I do like this look on her.
