Micro Braids

micro braids wet and wavy

This what a micro braids wet and wavy hairstyle looks like with added color weave. This blondish brown color is very popular to add with braids and this wet and wavy micro picture shows how the mixture of color pumps up a look. This picture was taken at Bronner Brothers Fall Hair Show event while the Thisrty Roots team was walking around capturing many of the creative black hairstyles.

  • I would like to know how to keep a halfway braided braid in without it falling out. My friend uses nail glue, but I know that would damage my hair. Any suggestions?

  • The glue can damage your hair if not used properly.

If you use a hair glue or nail glue, make sure you braid the hair at least 2 inches past your natural hair and then add the glue, but I recommend not using glue at all. I just dip my hair in hot water and it works fine.

  • This is too cute. What kind of hair did you use for this, and what is the color called?

  • You can knot it after you braid it past your real hair. It’s a protected way and it goes a far way

  • WHere is a good place to buy the hair for these braided extensions? im having a hard time finding some that are not super super expensive and that are for braided/ curly or wavy styles that are long?
