Recently actress and famous twin Tia Mowry showcased a new haircut in curly layers and in a chic pixie cut. Although, Tia looks great with short or long hair, I love this hairstyle on her best. She looks very mature and the cut brings out her fierceness, which is a familiar trait with short hair on anyone.
