- A small picture gallery demonstrating what is a twa natural hair and the definition to go with it. This is for everyone who is thinking about going natural and maybe in the process of transitioning from relaxed to natural. This is the first step to wearing your natural curls.

Big chopped about a month ago. My hair is so short. Have no idea as to what to do with it…and I am tired of wearing scarves.

Hi* my name is Krissy and I just big chopped about a month ago too and i also thought that I could do nothing with my faded hair! But there are a lot of good products out there to help manage it.for instance:Shea butter leave moisturizer, organics deep conditioning butter, doo growth oil, and honey mixed with water and coconut milk conditioner all tames the hair and also add soft wave and curl definition!comb it up for curls and let air dry, or brush down with a hard bristle brush while wet and spray on honey and conditioner..put on wave cap and silk scarf overnight for pillow protection and go in the morning 🙂
@Krissy bee
Thank you for the tips. They were very helpful.
I love what Shea Butter L. M. does for my hair.
It’s all grown now, long enough for braids.
Can’t wait.
Peace!
I big chopped about a month ago because of heat damage and relaxed hair. I can truly say I am enjoying my natural curly kinky hair a lot more than my medium length relaxed hair. I was afraid that it wouldn’t look feminine but I was totally wrong! It looks very gorgeous and sophisticated. I even died it black, my black curls are really poppin! If you’re having a hard time with your TWA and not quite sure what to do with it, dying it always makes it look a lot better if you are ever bored.
