There are several celebrity hair extensions pictures on the Internet but believe it or not most of them are of our Caucasian sisters, If you will allow me to say that. (Smile) The reason being is that African American women prefer to call their extensions weave. I’m not sure if that is a degraded word for the term but it surely sounds like it at times especially when it’s used that way. I’m displaying Tyra Banks in the picture above because she has been so successful and has never been ashamed to wear hair extensions or “Weave”. Even though she has sported this look for years she has also embraced being natural publicly too. She loves her Thirsty Roots.
