Thirsty Roots was on the scene for Bronner Bros Hair Show 2011 Mid-Summer August Event this past weekend. The hair styles was live and funky as usually and the Hair Battle show competition was intense.

In the exhibit hall on the bottom level at the Georgia World Congress Center, there vendors from Ford to Dudley Products. Celebrities such as “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star and model Cynthia Baily and her husband, Peter Thomas, showed up to represent Clairol Professional hair color.

Along with Cynthia, the First Lady Michelle Obama’s hair stylist, Johnny Wright, was giving some tips on how to be a Master Stylist at the Clairol booth.

Also we ran into celebrity stylist and “Hair Battle Spectacular” reality show host, Derek J, who was sharing some of his intellectual property and talents through hair styling demonstrations. When he is not too busy with his hit reality show or polishing a celebrity’s coif, you can check him out at his salon in Atlanta, The J Spot.
