Cornrows

does getting cornrows hurt

Are you looking for the answer to the question does getting cornrows hurt? It does if the person doing the braiding pulls your hair and actually braids to tight where the roots are being pulled. Outside of that it does not hurt at all. Even if they are tightly done that only last for about 3 to 4 days before it eases up.

  • I recently had my hair flat twisted using kinky twist braiding hair. The back of my hair felt on fire, too tight, and two days later I had sores around my back hairline. I had my daughter to re-do some of the twist, and she just did braids. She said it look wierd but I told her I didnt care. Now occassionally I have pain where the sores are. What can i do?

  • I love this style! My problem is I am 35 years old and I love the fact that I want to transition my hair from perm to natural. I would like a braided hairstlye to do that I can rock at work and look like a an adult and not look like a little girl. I also love the way my hair looks when I take the braids out. I never like to flat iron my hair because it looks good yet the comb terrible.
