I’m not sure if it started in Japan but the short black emo hair for girls is gaining in popularity here in the United States amongst African American women. Back in the 1980’s it was considered punk style to have this kinda of bright color dye in your hair but not by today’s standards. I’m not sure how well this goes over in the corporate workforce so be wise in choosing this styling.
