The Fingaz Fantasy Island Hair Show Competition is making way. If you heard of the Hair Battle Spectacular reality show on Oxygen, then you’ve heard of Fingaz, who was one of the talented contestants on the show. Now the Celebrity Hair Stylist is on the road with a hair battle of her own.
Moira Frazier, “Fingaz”, is giving her hair stylists an opportunity to express their talent and artistic ability through the art of hair styling on a national platform.
This new traveling hair show, Fingaz Fantasy Island Hair Competition, takes place in five major cities: Chicago, New York, Atlanta, Detroit and Los Angeles. It is an organization “committed to giving back to its community, and inspiring others to live out their dreams.”

Oxygen Network TV star “Fingaz” holds fantasy hair show in Detroit, MI
Toledo, Oh (January 1, 2011) – Charismatic hair stylist and reality TV personality Moria Frazier, who stars as “Fingaz” on Oxygen Network’s Hair Battle Spectacular in conjunction with Fantasy Island Hair is proud to present the Fingaz Fantasy Island Hair Competition. This competition will be held February 6, 2011 at the Cobo Hall’s Riverside Ballroom in Detroit, Michigan.
Moira Frazier also known as “Fingaz” on Oxygen Networks Hair Battle Spectacular will host the event. An all-star panel of celebrity guests, including Weaven Steven of America’s Next Top Model, Split Ends and hairstylist to mega star Lady Gaga, as well award winning fantasy stylist J Rok from Hair Battle Spectacular and Coco from Detroit’s own radio station WJLB. The reality TV star will be giving Detroit salons and beauty students a chance to showcase there work and but only one salon and student can walk away a winner. The Event will be held February 6, 2011 at the Cobo Hall’s Riverside Ballroom in Detroit, Michigan. About Fingaz
Fingaz was born Moira Frazier and grew up in her mother’s salon and has been styling hair since she was 12 years old. With a passion for avant-garde styling, this ambitious based Ohio trendsetter brings her fantasy creations to life through her own self-taught and very secret styling techniques. Since she began her career in fantasy hair, Moira has performed in many competitions including Proud Lady, Bronner Brothers, Golden Scissor Awards and Milky Way, where she took home first place wins in 2006 and 2007. In spring of 2010 Moira was ask to appear on Oxygen network’s TV show Hair Battle Spectacular where she coined her stage name “Fingaz”, because of how fast she works with her hands. Moira’s creativity level speaks for itself forcing her to stand out amongst the crowd. Her creations are innovative, bold and inspiring and ‘are meant to be looked upon’ as a works of art.
