1. This is 3 yrs and 8 months of hair growth (blow dried) 2. My last relaxer was July 2010. 3. I transitioned for a year and a half. 4. I don’t take any hair supplements (never have), only a regular multivitamin. 5. My hair grows in a ‘V’, this is the longest point. 6. The back of my hair grows faster than other sections (especially the back middle section). 7. The front is about “boob length” 8. My hair regimen/products video is on my youtube channel (link on my ig page). 9. “My hair isn’t growing” Yes it is! Hair is always growing (unless you have medical issues). 10. Length retention results from proper hair care and healthy living (low manipulation, protective styles, moisturizing, cleansing, deep conditioning, drinking lots of water, eating a healthy diet, exercise, low stress, etc)
