Did you know that short black hair wigs may make a serious come back as African American women decide to go from relaxed to natural. Yup, they are wearing the shorter styled wigs while they are in transition mode. Not all choose to wear wigs but many of them are. It would really be interesting to know the number of people that make this move yearly. Ciara is not one but she looks good in this picture with that short black wig.
